What customers say?

“ Anglais The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and the atmosphere is fantastic. It's a little cramped, especially for moving around. The food is delicious, and the dishes are prepared with care. However, the portions aren't very generous considering the price, which I find a bit high. Despite this minor point, which could be improved, I gave it the highest rating in every category because I truly believe you deserve it. Congratulations! ”

“ Went here on our first night and last day in Paris. Tried their course menu and was very delighted by how generous the portions, and how good the taste was! As an Indonesian living abroad, I felt like I was being back in Indonesia just for a while. It tasted like home. Some dishes needed a little bit more of salt but I guess it’s adjusted to what people like here. But overall I was very happy and satisfied with the food and the friendly service! Will definitely go back there the next time I visit Paris! ”

“ I had the pleasure of visting this restaurant on 9 October 2025. I was told this restaurant has been here for 41 years. Location: Perfect location smack in downtown near Louvre. Walking distance for you to walk in the Parisian streets. Ambience: Cozy Indonesian Balinese feel with a mix of Parisian charm. They managed to embody that Parisian vibe -light buzzing social vibe of Paris /European feel yet calm and authentic feel of Indonesian restaurant. Food: Authentic with the use of fresh ingredients and homemade paste. No MSG beng used. The fragrance, aroma and traditional taste retained yet the use of alternative ingredients/vegetables that complement the dish. We are in Europe afterall and the limitations of the usual vegetables or certain ingredients. They managed to balance this. Must try the beef rendang, mie ayam (noodles with mushrooms and caramelized chicken) , nasi goreng (fried rice) with chicken satays. I love the tenderness of the beef, flavours of the beef rendang (stewed beef) with the burst of lemongrass taste and fragrance. The chicken satays must try especially with the peanut sauce. And comfort warm food mie ayam on a cool autumn and winter days. In Dutch we say : Absoluut een aanrader ! ”
